Garlic Herb Buttered Sauteed Veg

pan, high heat
splash oil
handful thinly sliced tomatillos
sprinkle of chopped leeks
spoonful of rainbow chard diced stems
big dab garlic herb butter
salt and pepper
a few thinly sliced watermelon radish pieces
Saute, saute, saute!!
