Easy Baked Salmon

brown sugar
Arrange the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the fillets liberally with the salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Bake at 350◦F for about 10 minutes. The salmon will cook very quickly this way, depending on the size of the fillets of course, but the oven temperature may also be increased or decreased.
This salmon has a great, simple and uncomplicated flavor. It can be served as is with side dishes, or flaked into sandwiches, pastas, casseroles, and much more. It is a great alternative for grilling in colder weather.
