Spicy Dry Cereal Mix

Well, here is a cereal recipe I made the other day. I just kind of made it up as I went along, putting in what I thought would be good and guessing at amounts. It turned out pretty well, for my tastes anyway. This is more of a dry cereal, that is good for sprinkling on yogurt, or over fruit, or enjoying in a bowl with milk. It is not exactly a granola, and it does not stick together in clusters or anything. Of course, this recipe can be varied  and I probably will never make the exact same batch twice.
Spicy Dry Cereal Mix
1 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup natural wheat bran
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup pumpkin (or other) seeds
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
2 Tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil or olive oil
1 Tablespoon melted natural smooth peanut butter
1 Tablespoon liquid honey
1 Tablespoon molasses
1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, dates, apricots, berries), optional

Preheat oven to 300F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the first ten dry ingredients.
In a separate small bowl, mix the next four wet ingredients.
Drizzle the wet ingredients over the dry and mix, using your hands if necessary. Spread the mixture on prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring every ten. Let cool, then stir in fruit.
