Pumpkin Butter

Pumpkin Butter
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup turbinado sugar

Cook together over low heat until slightly thickened and caramelized.
Chill and use on toast, bread, muffins, etc.
