Skills - Secondary Baking Cakes

Group One Baking Day One - decorated cakes. It takes a lot of time, practice, and skill to decorate an occasion cake. In this sample of cakes, I can see many different techniques employed - filling, frosting, buttercream, fondant, gum paste, tuile, piping, borders, lettering, crumbing, chocolate work, etc.
