Skills - Secondary Cooking Mussels

This week I will be featuring some more photos from the Skills competition. I only took abut three hundred food photos! There were many different categories of food - some specific instructions, some different take son the same recipes, and some original creations. 

First off, the day one project for cooking group one competitors - Mussels Provencal. The recipe was provided, but plate presentations were much different, there were a few variations, and each garnish was different.
