  • Five slices red roma tomatoes
  • Ten slices fresh bocconcini cheese
  • Three leaves green basil
  • Three leaves purple basil
  • Red, orange, and yellow cherry tomato halves
  • Arugula dressed in balsamic and olive oil vinaigrette
  • Microgreens
  • Balsamic reduction
