Golf Club Tournament

A few weeks ago I helped out with catering at a golf event. It was a shotgun tournament (not that I really know what any of these gold terms mean) and there were food action stations set up at several of the holes. It was a beautiful day and quite relaxed, with several cooks on each station and customers coming up only every few minutes, quite slow.
