Culinary Exchange - Day Nine

Today was the day I did my little guest speaker stint at the Culinary Federation's monthly meeting. It went very well, I spoke about my exchange trip, next year's conference, my previous work experience, and the culinary competitions I did. The meeting took place at a culinary lounge downtown, where we had exclusive use of the facilities. The chef and sous chef did a few demos for us, then gave us a four course meal with wine.
