Today was not too busy, so even though I felt like I was moving at a slow pace, I got a lot done including:

• cutting fries
• picking herbs
• dicing tomatoes
• breading meatballs
• cleaning out dry storage
• vacpacking items
• plating dessert orders
• preparing fruit
• spinning ice cream
• and more!
