Best Easiest Shortbread
one part granulated (white) sugar
two parts unsalted butter
three parts all-purpose (plain) flour
that's it!
Simply cream the butter and sugar, incorporate the flour, roll into a log, chill if needed, slice, bake at 350◦F for five minutes or so until lightly colored. Alternately roll and cut into shaped. Couldn't be easier or tastier!
