Chocolate Chip Brownies
4 large eggs
1 1/4 cups granulated (white) sugar
1/2 cup butter or hard margarine, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups all-purpose (plain) flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350◦F. Line a 9x13 inch rectangular baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Gradually add sugar. Blend in butter and vanilla. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Stir in chips. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake for about 25 minutes.
