Peanut Sauce
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup tamarind soy sauce
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
1 Tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon hot sauce
juice of one lime
Whisk all together until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings. Garnish with candied ginger slivers and peanuts. Great as a dip for samosas.
