Fruit Cocktail Muffins
1 cup butter or hard margarine, softened
1 cup granulated (white) sugar
2 large eggs
4 cups all-purpose (plain) flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 can (591mL) fruit cocktail, drained
fruit cocktail juice + orange juice to make 2 cups
Preheat oven to 350◦F. Grease or line muffin cups.
These muffins are moist, soft, and chock-full of fruit!!
